Springwood Organic Farm Meadows and Fields.

I feel like i am really hitting the jackpot with fun wedding receptions this summer. So many laughs. A few tears but mostly hysterical laughing, lots of very funny/embarrassing stories and each time i walk away thinking, “That couple is in for the ride of their lives.” I mean it in the best way possible. I believe that every couple is in for great surprises and a future unknown is an adventure for sure. But i mean, some of these kids are so crazy! And i love it so so much. Let’s get out there and do all the crazy things and then sit back and tell far fetched stories around the campfires for many years to come. It feels like we are all around a big campfire telling stories. But for every crazy kid comes a well balanced wife with a gorgeous smile and that is exactly where this wedding day started. A gorgeous bride with a heart of gold. Beautiful from the inside out. These two have the best story and it all starts with their mothers being best friends, and playing together as babies. Does it get any better than that?!

We started the day off getting the girls ready and taking the bridal portraits at the bride’s parents house. I love that she spent one more morning in the home she grew up in to start off her day.

We then took off to meet the groom at a nearby farm for the first look. I love the images that came out of this first look. Todd was so nervous and excited to meet his bride for the first time that day. A first look does wonders for getting rid of the jitters and just helps you to relax and enjoy the rest of the day together. Isn’t he so handsome?

Then we had a chunk of time set aside to wander around in the meadows of the farm with just the bride and groom. My favorite!

“Love has nothing to do with what

you are expecting to get,

only with what you are expecting to give

—which is everything.” —

Katharine Hepburn

The bridal party joined us for more photos and then the family portraits were the last thing we did before heading back to the church for the ceremony.

We took some time to go outside and take some photos during the reception as well. I think this is my favorite part of the entire day, to be honest! So relaxed so fun so married.

Ladies, if you have ever wondered if you will have to put up antlers at your wedding and if you could make it looks fantastic.. here is your answer! With lots of florals and pretty pink fabric it will look really really good and both of you will be happy! Todd and Karina, your wedding day was crazy and elegance split right down the center, just as it should have been. The two of you have everything it takes to light up this world with the love. I wish you both the very best!
