This Homestead shoot was a dream for me. The woods, The dog, The home, The people. All of it.

I love taking photos of your family, but when i can take photos of you at your home. Where you live and work and play and do the ins and outs of life. That is a high honor for me. When I was little my own mother would take so many photos of us, just around the home. So now we have these keepsakes that remind us of our home we grew up in. The walkway, the back porch swing etc etc. So special. As much as we would love to think that home will always be ours…. chances are you will not always live at the home you are in now. These memories are amazing.

The last time I photographed this family was a mother daughter shoot, and that was about 5 years ago. Love this little tribe so much.
