A Mentoring Session

The purpose of a mentoring session is not really for me to teach you how I do things so much as to show you all the options and what they do. On your camera, with the light, and then also with lightroom. The point of scheduling the shoot then, is to show you the different types of light to shoot in. I will never stop asking you to study the light. I still do it and it never gets old. The softness. The harshness. And all the sunflare and variables that come with that.

Know your camera/ lenses.

Become best friends with the light.

And this session was perfect for all of the above.

Corban and Vanessa were obviously the best model choice!! Their baby is due any day … and it was a joy to be wrapped up in the anticipation with them!
